The tournament will take place the weekend of July 26-28, 2024 and is open to Washington Youth Soccer (WYS) teams, US Club teams, US Youth Soccer teams from across the US, youth teams from Canada, and teams that are properly insured with an organization. The Orca Cup is sanctioned under WYS.
